Service Alert: Juno LMS Series LED Step Lights

Effective immediately, production and shipping will be delayed for all configurations of the Juno LMS LED step light series due to a supplier component shortage of the LED light engines.

Please accept our apology for the impacts caused by this delay. As of right now the anticipated date for resuming manufacturing is July 31, 2020.  While we are trying to expedite our component availability as much as possible, we do understand that this extended delay may not work for all customers.

Similar step light families are offered within our Winona and Eureka brands that could provide suitable alternatives to the Juno LMS step light series. A product cross reference document is included here to help identify the alternative options that are available.

Additionally, the Juno LMS LED Step Light series is planned for product discontinuation. After service issues are resolved, production will be supported until component inventory is no longer available and at that time the product will be formally discontinued. Anticipated timing for discontinuation is at the end of calendar year 2020
