Change to the poles and incorporated repair kits – Common Requests
This is to inform you that we have made some changes to the poles and incorporated repair kits for some of the more common items that are requested.
We have been working with the following series:
- SSS
- SSA
- RSA
- RTA
- RSS
- RTS
- STS
- RTSU
We have built repair kits for
- Hand Hole covers – HHC
- Push Pins
- Top Caps – TC
- Full Base Covers – FBC
These are items that are the most requested items that we have now put into validation and have them set so that it will not delay orders or cause unnecessary back and forth with the agent to get the order set. This will also take place of the MAEX (Match Existing) which causes too much time to be lost in trying to find old orders and hope that the vendor can match exactly what was originally ordered.
