CPHB Switchable Update: Efficiency Boost and Price Reduction

The CPHB ALO fixtures have been updated to enable controls, boost efficiency, and decrease costs for all CPHB fixtures while maintaining DLC 5.1 ratings across the board.  This update has resulted in an increased LPW between 10-15% for the CPHB ALO13 and has resulted in an increased LPW between 7-15% for the CPHB ALO16.
