We are pleased to announce a significant enhancement to our Warranty Services operations. Effective immediately, our Warranty Services Teams will be assigned to specific regions. This change is designed to improve the accessibility and connectivity of our warranty service associates to both our agency partners and customers. By aligning regionally, we aim to: 

  • Build Stronger Partnerships with You: Our warranty associates will be able to better understand your market and your agency teams, fostering closer and more effective collaborations. 
  • Enhance Customer Intimacy: With a regional focus, our associates will be well acquainted with your top contractors and what matters most to you. 
  • Maintain Expertise: Each regional warranty team will continue to include product subject matter experts (SMEs), ensuring specialized knowledge and support remain available. 

The regional alignment of our warranty service associates will significantly enhance our availability and communication with you.
