SLOT 2 | SLOT 4 PSW Update
MARK Architectural Lighting™ is nearing the release of our new and improved SLOT 2 and SLOT 4 linear Pendant, Surface, and Wall (PSW) solutions, replacing the current version. There are many enhancements and additional features that will enable MARK to continue to offer the best SLOT product in the market.
Among those improvements:
- Top glow lens option indirect or bi-direct applications
- Drop lenses of 0.50”, 1.00” or 1.50”
- Continuous lens option
- Additional optional distributions including a direct batwing
- An extended range of lumen outputs from 300 to 1500 lumens per foot
- Efficacy improvements
- Simplified and improved joining methods
We will be beginning phase out and phase in process of this family shortly. Our goal is to make this change as seamless as possible with no interruption of service to our loyal customers. With that in mind, now is the time to get your orders for the current specification placed. There will be a grace period of 60 days after launch where we will honor the current design. Once that period has passed, we will shift fully to the new design with few exceptions.
We recognize there are warranty needs for product that is currently in the field and we will reserve materials to service those needs should they arise.
Please release any orders that specify the current product as soon as possible. Doing so will provide us visibility of that demand and enable us to plan the timing of phasing out the existing product so that we can service those needs without disruption to the customer.
