SSS Quick Ship Poles Service Announcement

SSS Quick Ship Poles – 21-Day Delivery Time Extended Until Supplier Stock Normalizes

Our suppliers have experienced delays stocking shafts for SSS Quick Ship (QS) poles due to steel supply. As of 9/27/21, a standard lead time of 10–13 weeks will apply and you will receive a pop-up reminder message when you order these poles.

For orders in urgent need, we have an expedite process with varying additional costs. Please work with your Customer Resolution Representative for more information on this process.

QS will be available again when steel supply normalizes, and we are monitoring this situation. We will release another service announcement when we can reinstate 21-day QS lead times.
