Delayed Shipping on PS1400QD. Recommend IOTA I320 as Substitute

Power Sentry PS1400

Please be aware that component shortages have resulted in longer-than-usual lead times for the Power Sentry PS1400QD and IOTA P320.

As a product substitution, the IOTA I320 and I320 HE is recommended and in stock.

Please note the following details when substituting the IOTA I320 for PS1400 and P320 applications:

  • The I320 does not feature a quick-disconnect harness. For field-replacements, hardwiring will be required.
  • The I320 is not intended for use with 8 ft. lamps or for 2-lamp operation.
  • In addition to fluorescent lamps, the I320 is also UL Listed for use with select LED T-LED lamp types. For details on which LED tube lamps are compatible with the I320, see the IOTA LED Retrofit Reference Chart.
  • For CA Title 20 applications, use the I320 HE model.
