So Many Emails…So Little Time…

Beginning January 1, 2021 all courtesy copy emails will contain “Courtesy Copy” in the subject line. We know it is important to keep you in the know about what we are communicating to customers. However, based on feedback from you, we realize it is becoming more difficult to determine which emails are courtesy copies in regard to customer training, webinars, newsletters and other customer-specific information. To help you quickly identify these emails, we will mark all emails as “Courtesy Copy” if they are intended for customer audiences.
