Important Safety Recall to Repair: CFMK Surface Mount Brackets Used with CPANL Fixture
Lithonia Lighting®, a division of Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., in conjunction with the Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada, will issue a voluntary recall to repair CFMK Brackets on August 19, 2020.
As we move forward in this process; please note the following additional information.
- Lithonia Lighting has received reports of CPANL LED fixtures coming loose or falling from the CFMK Bracket, resulting in one injury.
- The following CI Codes are covered by the recall to repair:

- This recall to repair only applies to the CFMK Bracket, which is used to surface mount CPANL LED fixtures. The Bracket was included as an optional surface mount accessory with some CPANLs sold via consumer retailers and as a separate accessory for commercial CPANL LED fixtures.
