Service Alert! Juno Track Sticks: Potentially Extended Lead Times and Delayed Shipping

You may temporarily experience a shipping delay of up to 2-3 weeks for Juno Track Stick orders beginning on 2/17. We recently identified a nonconformance in our production process that has since been corrected. As a precaution, we’ve put all stock on a temporary shipping hold while we perform a full inspection to assure it meets our standards. Once inspection is complete, we’ll remove the hold and resume shipments from stock.
Affected series include:
- R Series
- T Series
- TU Series
We would like to apologize in advance if you experience a shipping delay as a result of this process, however, the quality of our products is of utmost importance to us. If you have a critical situation, please contact your Acuity Customer Care representative and they will work with the plant to determine if nonstock production is an alternate option to improve your ship promise date.
