Lithonia Commercial & Residential Downlighting Discontinuation Notice – Effective 3-29-19

Logo - Lithonia LightingThe downlighting market has overwhelmingly shifted from incandescent and fluorescent sources to LED technology, which has in turn resulted in a rapid decline in Lithonia Commercial & Residential downlighting products shipping with these legacy sources. As a result, Lithonia Commercial & Residential Downlighting will be discontinuing many of the lower volume products that use legacy technology.

Acuity will continue to offer higher volume legacy sourced products through Lithonia as well as other downlighting brands like Gotham, Indy, and Juno.  Within Lithonia Commercial Downlighting, we recommend LDN as the best LED alternative, available in 3”, 4”, 6”, and 8” aperture sizes in both round and square forms.

Low-volume products listed below will be officially discontinued on March 29, 2019. Orders will be accepted beyond this date until finished goods inventory has been exhausted.  System validation will be updated accordingly.

Select low volume trims used with the above housings will be discontinued as well.
