Service Alert! Juno Low Voltage LED Track Spotlights: Extended Lead Times and Delayed Shipping

Effective immediately, lead-times for a number of Juno low voltage LED track spotlights will be extended, and shipping will be delayed, due to a supplier component shortage involving the LED drivers. This impacts the following Juno low voltage LED track spotlights families: TF252L, TF261L, TF381L, TL252L, TL261L, TL381L, TQJ252L and TQJ381L. In many cases, already-entered orders in the system will not be available to ship until we resolve this supplier issue and lead-times will be extended – Acuity Customer Care will be contacting affected customers. Limited inventories of in-stock items are available and will continue to be shipped until depleted so check Agile for available alternates within the desired series or contact your customer service team regarding such alternatives.

Our current estimated date for clearing our current backlog, and resuming normal production and lead-times, is June 14, 2019.
