Service Alert! Juno LED Step Lights: Extended Lead Times and Delayed Shipping

Effective immediately, Juno LED step light lead times will be extended and shipping will be delayed due to a supplier component shortage for the LED light engines.
This impacts the Juno LED Step Light families 838LED, IC113LED, IC115LED and LMS.
In many cases, existing orders in the system are not available to ship until we resolve these supplier issues and lead times will be extended. However, alternate versions of the same product may be available to ship ahead of this schedule depending on part availability. Please work with your customer service team on these alternatives.
Our current estimate of resuming normal production within a 10-day lead time depends on the product series and is shown below:
IC113LED: March 1, 2019
IC115LED: March 1, 2019
LMS: March 1, 2019
838LED: May 31, 2019
We are continuing to monitor part availability and some families may be in a good production position ahead of this time frame.
Should this timing change, we will provide an updated notification to the field.
