nPP16 Shipping Update
We appreciate your patience and assistance while we work to bring you the best control device the industry offers. We committed to providing you periodic updates so that you can manage your customers’ expectations and deadlines. As such, we are happy to announce that we are moving toward standard distribution stocking and order fulfillment allocation.
In September, we announced a return to production of certain configurations of the nPP family of products. We maintained a spec hold on the impacted part numbers. This was done so that we could work with you to address high priority jobs and order fulfillment based on immediate need. To date, we believe we have met those needs and are at a point of transition.
We will release the spec hold from the impacted nPP products late this week. This will allow for orders to process in the usual manner. Lead times will be visible through the order management system. These times will vary based on product configuration, with some configurations remaining on spec hold through November 9th. As we work through this transition, you will begin to see distribution inventory levels increase. We are working as quickly as possible to get each distribution center up to standard KanBan levels.
Should you have a select job that requires escalation, please work with customer care following standard escalation process for critical orders.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your partnership in servicing our mutual customer base during this time. Also, we want to thank you for a great start to our new fiscal year in controls sales.
