nPP16 Shipping Update
Dear Agency Partners,
As you are aware, we have resumed shipment of our nPP16 power pack family; below is an update regarding shipping and additional information for you as we move forward.
CRITICAL PRIORITY PROJECTS
Orders are currently shipping for projects identified to our Regional Sales teams as critical. Future orders will release based upon their priority and manufacturing schedules. Please submit your high priority orders with the order number, necessary on-site date, and shipment quantity needs to ControlsOps@AcuityBrands.com.
SPEC FLAGS
Product CI codes will remain on SPC flag as we quickly ramp up supply and DC stock. We anticipate removing the SPC flag from these CI codes and allowing general ordering after the initial order backlog is addressed. SPC flags have already been removed on all fixtures with embedded nPP16 power packs.
NEW PRODUCT NOMENCLATURE
Note: Fixture embedded nomenclature remains the same
New nomenclature has been created to reflect the external fault protection “EFP”. The new alternate nomenclature and CI codes for the most common products are provided in the table below. Links to the updated specification and instruction sheets are also provided below.
We encourage you to use the new nomenclature as we move forward. We have auto-converted existing orders to the new product nomenclature; any new orders submitted under the old nomenclature will be auto-converted.
NEW PRODUCT NOMENCLATURE CONVERSION TABLE
Note: Not all nPP16 power pack variations are listed above. Additional options not listed in the table above (e.g. default programming options, “IM” current monitoring, LT, USPOM) and other power pack products receiving the same modification (e.g. nSP16, PP20X 347) will be made available over the next 30-60 days. We will release any orders for these products as soon as they are available.
PRICING
Pricing for existing orders and quotes will remain at the same level. We plan to further review the price of the nPP16 power pack family and will communicate any pricing changes in the near term.
