Website Update -March 15

Over the past couple of weeks there have been several improvements to the website.
The largest change comes with the launch of the new product details web page which features a single page layout designed to help find information faster by reducing the number of clicks.  With the new design, we have also introduced some exciting new functionality including the ability to search and filter photometry files and a quick link to the public configurator, which allows users to build a complete catalog or SKU number.
In addition to these visible changes, we have worked with the product support team to increase the overall data quality on the site to improve search.

These data enhancements are now live for the following brands with the others scheduled to quickly follow.
• Gotham
• Mark
• Healthcare
• Atrius
• Aculux
Finally, we’re continuing our efforts around site stability.  The prolonged outage we experienced on Monday was the result of a misconfiguration which caused a site-wide search outage.  As part of our improvement process, we’re creating an outage notification email list.
