- With returns BEFORE 5/1, do the returns count against my 2017 funds? No
- With returns AFTER 5/1, do the returns count against my 2017 funds? Yes
- Should be entered and processed by Juno Customer Care (1-800-367-5866 or contact through your Regional Customer Care e-mail address with Juno in the subject field)

Orders entered prior to 1/1/16
- Should be submitted to Juno Warranty Services to process a manual claim –warrantyservicesjuno@acuitybrands.com
Orders entered after 1/1/16
- Now enabled to be processed within the AGILE Request for Claim (RFC) tool.
- If you cannot find the order number within the tool, please contact Juno Warranty Services(1-800-705-SERV opt 2 then opt 5 for Juno/Indy/Aculux product)
