Juno Lighting Group and Acuity Brands-Merge into 1

The journey is beginning!  We are migrating Juno Lighting Group from its BAAN System to all Acuity Systems (PDM/Agile/Oracle) as a continuation of JLG’s lean transformation.  We are updating all catalog numbers to Acuity standards.

When: Go live date is 05/01/17.

What happens on the go live date?

• We will migrate Juno Lighting Group (JLG) from its BAAN system to all Acuity systems (PDM/Agile/Oracle)

Key changes include:

• Updated nomenclature for approximately 30,000 finished goods SKUs
• Updated marketing materials and packaging
• Updated order processing and invoicing rules
• Unique logos for Aculux, Indy and Juno
• Updated web presence for Aculux, Indy and Juno products

• Quick Facts PowerPoint
• Crossover Application (in agile)
  • Allows users to search for old or new JLG catalog numbers
• Search results are displayed with the brand, old catalog number, new catalog number and UPC, where applicable
• The app is accessible on the Quotes tab in Agile.  The app is also available to distributors in the Acuity Distributor Center

What do distributors need to know?

• Validate that the manufacturer SKUs in their systems are updated. Note that UPC numbers will not change
• IDW items for Aculux, Indy and Juno will be added to IDW under the Acuity manufacturer ID (note: the JLG IDW will be permanently deactivated on 5/1/17)
• Payment Terms & Conditions of sale will be adjusted to meet Acuity Brand’s standard payment terms of [1% 10th prox, net 25th prox] from current Juno payment terms of [1.5%/30,net 31]. These adjustments do not override agreed-upon payment terms with distributors/customers.
  • This change will also affect the following brands: Hydrel, Peerless, Mark Architectural Lighting, Winona Lighting, Healthcare Lighting and ROAM. Changes exclude Holophane, SunOptics and eldoLED

• The Crossover Application is will be available for distributors by 4/11 in the Acuity Distributor Center
• We will send a separate notice to our distributor partners informing them of this migration
