Service Update! Lithonia LDN with Emergency Battery Pack

ll_ldn-series_ldn4-round-short_jpgLithonia LDN with emergency battery pack will be on production hold until April 4th, 2017.  There will be a delay in shipments.  Please note: there is NO life safety issue, nor is there an issue with the battery packs.  The issue is a high pitch buzzing sound coming from the luminaires.  The root cause has been identified with a capacitor on the LED board and an alternate component has been identified.  We anticipate receiving redesigned LED boards with new capacitors and returning to production by 4/4/17.
