Product Support Teams get UNKs — no more handoffs!
- In keeping with the mindset of continuous improvement, the resolution for UNK lines recently moved to the Product Support groups. The intent of this move is to reduce the number of hand offs an order line might receive before activation thus reducing the time an order is inactive and the confusion caused when information is passed through multiple hands. As of June 1st, the product support teams transitioned to this role. All other order functions will continue to be supported by your customer care representatives.
