The FIDO Wireless Reporting System is Being Discontinued

Effective July 31st, 2015, the FIDO Wireless Reporting System will be discontinued. Any outstanding orders for FIDO products must be entered into the system by this date with ship dates prior to November 30, 2015 in order to be honored.

Existing customers will continue to be supported with existing emergency products that are currently available with the WRS option and with required replacement products through the warranty period. Expansion projects for existing customers requiring new gateways will not be supported.

The WRS option will be removed from all product spec sheets, but the option will still be available for existing FIDO customers. The WRS option will continue to validate in Agile, but all CiCodes will be flagged in our systems and orders verified prior to releasing to production.

A future state monitoring system for emergency lighting products is under development and is intended to improve the system’s functionality and the user’s overall experience. More details will be shared about the timeline for the next generation system and its features at a future date.
